Choosing the right school is an important decision—and it should feel both thoughtful and clear.

STEP 1
Plan your visit
A visit is the best way to experience Canterbury firsthand. Touring campus allows you to see classrooms in action, learn more about our academic approach, and get a feel for the relationships that shape daily life at the school. Admissions events throughout the year offer a variety of opportunities for your family to experience different aspects of campus life.
Visits provide time to ask questions, explore the campus environment, and better understand how students grow here from preschool through 8th grade.
Step 2
Submit an Application
We invite families to complete the online application by our first round priority deadline, January 27, 2027. Applications will continue to be accepted after the deadline as long as space remains available.
If you are planning to apply for Indexed Tuition (grades K-8), submit your Clarity financial application as well.
Our admissions team is available to answer questions and provide guidance as you submit your application.
STEP 3
Provide Supporting Documents
After submitting your online application, our team will reach out regarding the supporting documents needed for your child based on their entry grade. These documents are intended to help us get to know your child better.
STEP 4
Student Visit & Assessment
While your child visits in the classroom, parents will have the opportunity to speak with our team about your child’s interests, strengths, and educational goals. These discussions also give families time to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the Canterbury experience.
Step 5
Admissions
After completing the admissions process, our committee carefully reviews each application to determine whether we are able to offer admission. Families will receive an admissions decision via email, beginning February XX, 2027 for those families who apply by the priority deadline. If your child is offered admission, your family will receive an enrollment contract to review and sign electronically.
