Event Space for Rent

Event Space for Rent

Canterbury School offers space for meetings of all sizes, from large conventions of 500 people to homeowners’ meetings of 15 people. There are conference rooms, an art gallery, and large event spaces. Our athletic facilities include a state-of-the-art gym built in 2013 and a manicured playing field.

See the attached document for details. Contact Kelen Walker, facilities rental manager, by email for more information.

image-05Phillips Chapel is available for baptisms, funerals, concerts, lectures, and performances. The 450-seat gothic-style cathedral has an organ, grand piano, and sound system.

Stafford Arts Center has an art gallery and reception space for concerts, exhibitions, meetings, and conferences. The space holds 50 people for a standing event and 30 for a seated event.

Berry Hall has a raised stage, space for 300 people, and a catering kitchen. The facility also features an LCD projector and screen, microphone and speakers, mounted production lighting, Wi-fi, and sound system. Flexible outdoor space includes a courtyard on one side of the building and covered porch on the other.

Haley Athletic Center can be rented for an event or an athletic season. It can be set up for two basketball or two volleyball courts with bleacher seating. There is also an upper level indoor track.

An athletic field, used primarily as a soccer and lacrosse field, is available for athletic events or practices for one-time use or for a season.

The Outdoor Education Center facilities include a low- and high-ropes course, a climbing wall, a pond for water activities, and a nature and fitness trail. Certified trainers can work with your group to develop an individualized adventure that meets your needs or interests. Contact Jill Jones, athletic director.
