Admission Process
Thank you for your interest in Canterbury School. We do still have limited spaces available for the 2020-21 school year, in which our students are learning on campus, in person. Please contact our Director of Admissions, Caroline Walker, at walkerca@canterburygso.org to learn more about Canterbury and to discuss whether there is still space in your child's grade.
Additionally, we are providing information for prospective families, accepting applications, and considering students for admission for the 2021-22 school year. It's not too early to start thinking about next year, and we are happy to start planning ahead with you.

Schedule an assessment visit
Once you have applied and provided your supporting documents, our team will work with your family to set up a mutually agreed upon day and time for your student to visit Canterbury. As part of the visit, your child will complete an academic assessment that will help our committee determine if we are able to meet their learning needs. This visit is also an important opportunity for your child to see what Canterbury is like and learn more about the school.
Offer of admission
While every child has their own unique gifts and abilities, we regret that we cannot admit every applicant. After meeting with your student, our admissions committee will carefully review each application and decide whether we are able to offer admission. Should your child be accepted, you will receive a contract at that time to review and your family will be able to make your final decision about enrolling your child at Canterbury.
