Canterbury is dedicated to the principle that qualified students should be able to attend the school regardless of ability to pay. Need based grants are available to students in grades K-8. Because these funds are limited, we encourage you to start the process early, and meet all published deadlines. Please call or email Kelen Walker at (336) 288-2007 for more information.
Canterbury believes that qualified students should be able to attend the school regardless of ability to pay. Families in grades K-8 are eligible to apply for financial assistance. Admission decisions are made separately from financial assistance decisions.
Since its founding, Canterbury has made a strong commitment to enrolling an economically diverse student body and has set aside a pool of funds from its operating budget to provide need-based grants to qualified families. For the 2014-2015 year, more than $800,000 was awarded to approximately 30 percent of the student body. Because these funds are limited, we encourage you to start the process early, and meet all published deadlines.
Families interested in information about the financial assistance process should contact Canterbury's Director of Admission and Financial Assistance Kelen Walker at (336) 288-2007 ext. 103. Prior to applying for financial assistance, please complete an admission application. All applications and awards are confidential.
We also offer a merit scholarship for high-achieving, low-income, minority students entering 6th grade. For more information on the Canterbury Scholarship Program, click here.
There are many payment plans for each grade level available through our business office.
